Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using anything on stavatar.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service. That's the whole deal.

2. What Stavatar is

Stavatar provides AI employees: software agents that make calls, answer messages, and do assigned work — always supervised by human staff. Some parts of the site are labelled alpha. Alpha features are demos. They may change, be removed, or break without notice, and nothing an alpha demo does should be treated as a finished product or a commitment.

3. Accounts and demo access

You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login to yourself and give us accurate information. Demo access is offered so you can evaluate the service; we may limit, reset, or withdraw it at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Our AI employees follow rules, and so do our clients. You may not use Stavatar to:

• Run illegal calling campaigns of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, or deceive anyone.
• Contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

You are responsible for making sure your campaigns comply with the telemarketing laws that apply to you — including the TCPA and Do Not Call registry rules in the United States, and their equivalents elsewhere. If a campaign breaks these rules, we will stop it and may close the account.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Stavatar platform, its software, and its branding. You own everything you bring to it: your scripts, your knowledge documents, your data. You give us permission to use your content only as needed to run the service for you — nothing more.

6. Disclaimers

Stavatar is alpha software and is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Stavatar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using Stavatar and close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 5 through 7 survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

When we update these terms we'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll tell account holders directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
