What we collect
We collect only what the service needs to work:
- Your account email address.
- Knowledge documents you upload to train your AI employees.
- Call transcripts, including transcripts from demo calls.
- What you submit through our lead and contact forms.
- Basic usage data — which features you use and when.
How we use it
We use this data to run the service: routing calls, answering from your documents, showing you your own dashboard. Human staff also review transcripts and logs for quality and oversight. That's not a loophole — it's the point. We promise that every call is logged and supervised, and that promise only means something if people actually look.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data. Not yours, not your customers'. Ever.
- We do not train public AI models on your knowledge documents. What you upload works for you, and only you.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active, because transcripts and logs are how you audit your AI staff. When you close your account — or simply ask — we delete your documents, transcripts, and personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record longer.
Cookies
One cookie. It keeps you logged in. There are no analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers, which is why you've never seen a cookie banner here.
Security
All data moves between you and Stavatar over encrypted connections. Access to client data inside Stavatar is limited to the staff who need it for support and oversight, and that access is itself logged.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. Email hello@stavatar.ai and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround.
Children
Stavatar is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
