(how the AI behaves, everywhere, always)

AI Disclosure

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Most companies bury this page. We think it's the best page on the site. Our slogan is "the staff you can trust," and trust starts with being told who — or what — you're talking to. Here is exactly how our AI employees behave, on every call, in every message, with no exceptions.

They say they're AI. First thing.

Every Stavatar AI employee identifies itself as an AI at the start of every call. Not in the fine print, not when asked — in the opening sentence. If a script doesn't disclose, it doesn't ship. There is no "human-sounding mode" that hides this, and no client can pay us to turn it off.

Humans set the rules

Nothing our AI says on your behalf is improvised into production. Humans write the guardrails, and every script and sequence passes an approval gate — a named person reviews it and says yes — before it ever touches a real phone line or inbox. When something changes, it goes back through the gate.

"I want a human" always works

Anyone talking to a Stavatar AI can ask for a human at any moment, in any words, and the AI will escalate. It won't argue, won't ask why, won't try one more pitch. The request is honored on the spot and the handoff is logged.

Everything is on the record

Every call, every message, and every commit our AI employees make is logged with a readable transcript. Clients can open any interaction and see exactly what was said and done. If you can't audit it, you can't trust it — so we made everything auditable.

Do-not-call means do not call

If someone asks not to be contacted again, that takes effect immediately — mid-call if necessary. The number goes on the suppression list before the conversation ends, and no campaign on our platform can dial past it.

One standard, every jurisdiction

Some places require AI systems to disclose themselves by law. Some don't yet. It makes no difference to us: because disclosure, escalation, and logging are our defaults everywhere, we comply with AI-disclosure laws wherever they apply — not because we checked which side of a border the call crossed, but because we behave the same way on both sides of it.

What our AI never does alone

Some actions always require a human's explicit approval, no matter how confident the AI is:

The AI can draft, propose, and prepare. A human presses the button.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you believe one of our AI employees fell short of it, tell us at hello@stavatar.ai. We read every report, and the transcript will settle it.
